Nationally certified with high marks, I am a graduate of the Guild for Structural Integration, which advances the original work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf with her original teachers. Locally licensed in massage and bodywork therapy in North Carolina, I am also a member of the International Association of Structural Integrators, with additional certification by the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. I have maintained full time practices in Colorado and North Carolina. Holding a bachelors of science from the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater, my professional career reflects my strong commitment to healthy personal growth and development as a licensed massage therapist and through other endeavors in teaching, athletic coaching, and personal life coaching with Landmark Education.
